the indoor pool, hammam and spa center were fantastic and we made full use of them. the outdoor pool was also great and looked just like the pictures. the location was perfect, with easy access to a range of restaurants and a well-policed, clean environment. the on-site laundry service was efficient, and the staff were friendly.

The location, a very quiet Hotel. A must for a family without big needs. A very kind Hotel manager.
Very very poor service( 2.5 hours to serve a pizza !!!), a suite with a kitchen and no right to use it !!!, very poor food quality and choice. No breakfast available even when paying !!!

My partner and I had a lovely stay at this hotel for our romantic escape. The room was clean and well-equipped, and we particularly loved the indoor pool and spa center. The staff was also friendly and helpful. We enjoyed being close to the medina and the best restaurants in the area. We also appreciated the good laundry service and the fact that parking was available on the street.
The breakfast was a bit simple and had limited options. the dinner service was slow and inconvenient, as we had to wait until after 7 pm to eat in our room.
